Who we are
MT KOZMA INC ("we") is a K-beauty export company registered in South Korea, business registration no. 821-81-03397, at #704, Building 201, Yeonsu Prugio Complex 2, 130-4 Beotkkot-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you send us through this website, in line with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
Through the inquiry form and the brand partnership form we collect:
- Required: name, company or brand name, email address, country, business type, and your agreement to this policy.
- Optional: WhatsApp or phone number, website or store link, the brands you are interested in, product category and your message.
- Collected automatically when you send a form: your IP address and the date and time of sending. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect sensitive information or ID numbers.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your inquiry, send catalogs and wholesale prices, discuss a possible partnership, and handle any order that follows. We use the IP address only to protect the forms from spam and abuse. We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
How long we keep it
If no business relationship follows, we delete your inquiry 1 year after your last message to us. If we do business together, we keep your contact details while the relationship lasts, and records of transactions for the periods Korean tax and commercial law require. You can ask us to delete your information earlier at any time.
When the period ends we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and any printed copies are shredded.
Transfer outside Korea
Our website server and our email server are located outside Korea, so the information you send through a form or by email is transferred abroad:
- Recipients and countries: Namecheap, Inc. (namecheap.com), Netherlands (Amsterdam), for the website; Namecheap, Inc. (namecheap.com), United States (Phoenix, Arizona), for our mailbox
- Information transferred: all the form fields listed above, your IP address, and anything you write to us by email
- When and how: at the moment you send a form or an email, over encrypted connections
- Purpose: website hosting, delivering the form email to us, and storing our business email
- Retention: emails stay in our mailbox for the periods in "How long we keep it" above; the website server keeps only standard logs for the provider's security period
If you do not want your information transferred abroad, please do not use the forms or email. You can call us or message us on WhatsApp instead.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Inquiries are received in a password-protected company mailbox, and only the staff who answer inquiries can see them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it. Email the privacy officer below. We will reply within 10 days. You can also act through a legal representative.
